Vietnam Oolong Tung Ting

The "Tung Ting" is produced in Bao Loc, a city in the highlands of southern Vietnam. After picking, the tea leaves are dried on cloths and then carefully rolled by hand in bamboo baskets. This breaks the leaves and starts the fermentation process. Finally, the tea leaves are dried at a low temperature.

In terms of taste, this oolong convinces with its aromatic sweet-floral note.
