Black tea (Sikkim)

The small, former Himalayan kingdom of Sikkim is now part of India. The only tea plantation, "Temi", produces wonderfully soft, fragrant teas that can easily compete with much more expensive Darjeelings.

The only disadvantage is that this delicacy is not always available due to the very small quantities.
