Hot ginger from Thailand accentuates the resulting liqueur. The spiciness is supported by the spice galangal - a warming treat! Also suitable as an addition to your favorite tea.
Preparation:
Add the ingredients to 0.7 liters of grain or fruit brandy and leave in a closed container in a warm place for 4-6 weeks. Stir frequently! Then pour through a fine sieve or cloth and fill into bottles. The liqueur is now ready to enjoy.
Ingredients: granulated sugar, apple pieces, rosehip peels, ginger root, white rock candy, candied Thai ginger (sugar, fresh ginger, citric acid), galangal, ginger-orange candies (sugar, glucose syrup, acidifier citric acid, flavouring (contains ginger extract), carrot concentrate).
