Ingredients: 200ml yoghurt, 3 tbsp water, 5 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1 tsp vegetable stock, 1 tsp salad herbs, 1 pinch of honey, 1 pinch of ground pepper

Preparation: Mix all ingredients well and pour over the salt.

Ingredients: chives, parsley, carrots, onions, peppers, dill, parsnips, lovage leaves, tomatoes.
