Jasmini tip: Bedouin-style rice stew
Ingredients: 400g mixed minced meat, 2 onions, 100g bacon, 1 leek, 1 can of strained tomatoes, 1 can (180ml) chickpeas, 1 tbsp rose salt, pepper, sage, thyme, 200g rice, flatbread
Preparation: Chop the onions, dice the bacon and fry everything together with the minced meat. Add the leeks cut into rings, strained tomatoes, chickpeas and rose salt. Season with a pinch of pepper, fresh sage and thyme and simmer for about 10 minutes. Cook the rice until al dente, mix with the minced meat and serve with flatbread.
