Marzilade Apple is a traditionally known and popular combination of apple and marzipan. As a marzilade, the taste composition is impressive due to the staggered taste experience that gives both ingredients space. First the mild apple and then the aromatic Lübeck marzipan.
Ingredients: 40% apples, sugar, 16% Lübeck marzipan: (Valencia - ALMONDS, invert sugar syrup, sugar)*, apple juice, pectin, lemon juice, ascorbic acid, corn starch.
