Lemongrass, which comes from the grass family, is mainly native to South and Southeast Asia, Sri Lanka, India and Australia. Lemongrass has a high content of the essential oil citrate. The tangy lemon character of lemongrass tea is always a welcome refreshment. In summer, as an iced tea, it puts any lemonade in the shade.
