Pure honey, natural, without additives. Hand-spun and not warmed up.
One of the rarest honeys in the world! Did you know that only two beekeepers worldwide produce pure honey from carob trees? The process is particularly laborious because the carob tree only blooms for a few weeks in October. During this short period, the beehives have to be transported to selected locations so that they can fly to the flowers. In addition, the natural stocks of carob trees are very small across Europe.
