Jasmini tip: Turkey in orange curry
Ingredients: 250g turkey breast in strips, 1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, 1/2 leek, 1 red pepper, 1 small can of mandarin oranges, 150ml orange juice, 1 tbsp curry spice, 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce (soy sauce).
Preparation: Cut the turkey breast and pepper into strips, the leek into rings and fry vigorously together with the chopped onion and garlic. Add the mandarins, mandarin and orange juice. Mix in the spices and teriyaki sauce and simmer for about 5 minutes. Thicken the sauce a little if necessary. Season to taste with a pinch of freshly ground pepper or chili.
Ingredients: Orange powder (20%), ground fenugreek, ground cumin, hot paprika, turmeric, ground coriander, ground white pepper, salt (5%), sweet paprika, ground ginger, ground chili.
