Jasmini tip: curry cream soup with cumin and ginger
Ingredients: 2 chopped onions, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1l vegetable stock, 2 cups sour cream, 1 tsp ginger, 1 tsp ground cumin, 1 tsp curry spice, 100g finely diced pineapple.
Preparation: Sauté the onions in olive oil until translucent. Add 1 litre of vegetable stock and 2 cups of sour cream. Add the remaining ingredients and bring to the boil. Thicken with a sauce thickener if necessary.
Ingredients: lemon peel, turmeric, lemongrass, cumin, coriander, onion, clear broth (sea salt, glucose syrup, maltodextrin, onions, palm fat, natural flavouring, lovage root, carrots, mace, juniper berries, leek, parsley, turmeric, cloves), garlic, ginger, chilli.
