China Ruby Oolong

A tea based on the production method of Taiwanese Black Oolong with carefully, tightly rolled spherical leaves. Due to the increased degree of fermentation, the aroma is distinctly soft and sweet with a light roasted note. Its leaves are dark, almost a black green, and its cup is orange, rich and clear.
