China Pai Mu Tan

Pai Mu Tan is considered the most well-known "white tea" and is becoming increasingly popular in this country. A tea plant called Chaicha or Narcissus allows this tea to grow in the province of Fujian. After picking, the tea is dried in the sun or indoors. The leaves offer a green play of colors in all facets, are very voluminous, and have a nice proportion of elongated, white-silvery leaf tips. The cup shimmers amber and gives off an elegant, delicately spicy taste.
